Rashmi is very skilled PT. She is very nice and kind. She helped me a lot to recover my multiple pain.I highly recommend her.
Amazing place all around. Patty, the office manager is super nice, and accomodating. Dr. Rashmi is one of the best physical therapist I have ever worked with, and I have seen a lot. She is hands on from the first day till now( my 6th session). She is not one of this large group therapy places where you go and you get told by the assistant what to do every 10 minutes or so. I came here with severe foot neuropathy and limited foot mobility after foot surgery. I was in extreme pain day and night. I am already much better with the pain, i have dropped my pain medicine to half of what i was using just 3 weeks ago. The range of mobility has started to improve. She had just started to use a special machine for neuropathy, and I am very hopeful. This a picture of the Tens machine.
Booked an appointment because I thought I had tennis elbow. Turned out to be something else but Dr. Rashmi got me on the right track to relief. Very knowledgable and effective. The staff also worked with my annoying insurance company, which had initially tried to deny coverage.
My experience here has been wonderful. Rashmi is very knowledgeable, provides great information and an excellent treatment plan for her patients. The treatment I have received for my knee has helped to relieve the pain and make my leg stronger. The atmosphere is very warm and friendly (Patty at the desk is so nice and friendly). They have evening hours which is great for those who work.
Good Hands Physical Therapy really made a difference in helping me get back on my feet and back to work. A forklift injury at work left my foot crushed with four fractures in my foot and ankle and Dr. Rashmi’s knowledge of what it would take to get me back on my feet was the biggest difference in my recovery and my eventual return to work. The exercises and stretches that I learned along with her expert massage and handy work were instrumental to my recovery. I am now walking, running and doing all the activities that I did before the injury and a big thanks goes out to Dr. Rashmi and her staff!
Wouldn’t go anywhere else! Dr. Rashmi is extremely knowledgeable and hands on. She knows where to manipulate your body for maximum results. She is strategic with the exercises she prescribes. She takes her time when she is with you and genuinely cares for her patients and their continued progress. I have been seeing her for a frozen shoulder and my range of motion has increased dramatically under her care. She is a rare find!
